McDonald's United Kingdom is seeking a Stock Delivery Person to receive deliveries, stock away items, and keep stock areas neat and rotated using FIFO. You will check deliveries against notes and place products into refrigeration and freezer units, ensuring organisation and cleanliness of delivery areas.

Shifts are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings. The role offers full training, flexible shifts, and opportunities for promotion, with premium pay for overnight hours where applicable.

Stock Delivery Person

Accepting the delivery and then putting it away, ensuring all stock areas are kept neat and tidy and ensuring stock is rotated.

Full Training provided.Honest hard working individual required to prepare for delivery, by having empty containers and cages ready for the delivery driver to take away.

You will check condition of the goods delivered and check that all items on the delivery note have arrived. You will be required to put the products away into the stock areas, including refrigeration and freezer units.

You will need to rotate the stock using FIFO (first in first out). You will also be responsible for the cleanliness and organisation of all delivery areas. This position will be for Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings.

Position Requirements

Quite simply, you'll be working in our fast moving, high energy environment and we’re looking for a genuine smile plus an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.

In order to comply with UK working time regulations, you must be over the age of 18 to work between the hours of midnight and 6am.

Additional requirements

• be physically able to move cages that are very heavy


• be physically able to lift many heavy boxes

During the hours of midnight and 6am, we pay a premium rate of an additional £1.50 per hour on top of the rates advertised.

We have an excellent training and development system so no previous experience required as you will be given full training in all areas by our restaurant training teams.
