Job summary

NEXT is hiring for a part-time Store Associate to join our fast-paced team in the UK. You will locate, pack and transfer stock, ensuring products are beautifully presented for customers. When on the sales floor, deliver outstanding service and meet deadlines to keep customers happy.

You will work as part of the store team, reporting to Coordinators or Managers, with flexible working options and opportunities for development from day one.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a calm, efficient approach.
• Accurate, thorough and well organised with strong attention to detail.
• Energetic and able to work at pace to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Process stock efficiently: locate, pack and transfer stock.
• Meet deadlines to ensure customers receive stock on time.
• Keep store areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Support all store areas including sales floors with fast, friendly service.
• Work with Coordinators or Managers as part of the store team.
