Job summary

Maje is hiring a Stock-Controller for its concession at Selfridges London. You will welcome customers, deliver a personalised and emotional shopping experience, and develop client loyalty while managing stock and transactions within the store.

Responsibilities include daily stock management, restocking, deliveries, and ensuring merchandise is accurately labelled and stored. You will contribute to brand standards and participate in a brand-driven, future-oriented retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily stock and ensure proper stock management: receiving deliveries, checking quantity and quality of items, labelling and putting away products.
• Organise daily restocking of the sales area and monitor supplies based on feedback from managers and delivery issues.
• Check anti-theft devices on the sales floor and storeroom; ensure stock procedures are followed.
• Establish daily inventories of the sales area and stock; organise storage space and tidy organization.
• Establish stock reporting for the sales outlet and manage deficits, defects, and transfers.

On a day-to-day basis at Maje, you will welcome our customers, offer them a personalised and emotional experience, develop customer loyalty, improve the client portfolio of the store, handle transactions and stock, implement visual merchandising guidelines, ….

As Stock - Controller you will :

Stock Management

• Manage daily supplies.
• Respecting delivery processing deadlines.
• Ensuring proper stock management: receiving deliveries, checking
• the quantity and quality of items, labelling and putting away products.
• Organise the daily restocking of the sales area.
• Manage supplies (based on feedback from managers, shortages and
• delivery anomalies).
• Manage defective products, deliveries (pending packages, delivery
• discrepancies) as well as returns and product transfers.
• Monitor and regulate stocks (negative, defective, etc.) by computer.
• Checking the anti-theft devices on the sales floor and in the
• storeroom.
• Ensuring the application of stock procedures.
• Organise daily inventories of the sales area and stock.
• Organise the storage space and ensure that it is tidy
• Establish the stock reporting for the sales outlet.
