Adecco are recruiting for a Stock Controller in Yate, Bristol. The role supports Sales and Operations, coordinating between customers, sales reps, production, and logistics to ensure smooth daily operations.

Salary advertised: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE. Full-time, permanent with Monday to Friday hours. An experienced administrator with strong organisational skills will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, operations, sales support or customer service roles.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Experience using ERP, CRM, or order processing systems would be advantageous.
• Positive, team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Managing and updating customer records on internal systems.
• Coordinating with production and distribution teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Preparing quotations, reports, and sales documentation.
• Monitoring stock availability and communicating updates to customers.
• Assisting with pricing, order tracking, and invoice queries.
• Supporting operational processes to improve service delivery.
• General office administration duties as required.
