Qualifications

• Proven experience in stock control or warehouse operations.
• Confident using stock management systems.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel occasionally.
• Physically fit and happy to assist with stock handling when needed.

Responsibilities

• Owning all stock control activity, accuracy, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Leading, coaching, and developing a small team of stock control operatives.
• Managing FIFO, stock rotation, slow movers, specials, and damaged goods.
• Producing weekly/monthly stock reports and driving continuous improvement.
• Liaising with purchasing, sales, and operations to keep stock flowing.
