Responsibilities

  • Control all stock issues.
  • Ensure the correct completion of documentation and digital records.
  • Management of the quarantine area.
  • Identify and escalate where FIFO rules are not followed.
  • Daily management of all assigned control reports.
  • Ensure all inventories and warehouse management systems are maintained accurately.
  • Report all accidents, incidents, or near misses to relevant personnel.
  • Perform stock counts, adjustments, and stock reconciliation as appropriate.
  • Conduct, consolidate and reconcile any perpetual inventory issues as appropriate.
  • Provide support for stock take.
  • Ensure all hard copy and digital documentation is complete and accurate.

Responsibilities
  • Control of all Stock issues
  • Ensure the correct completion of documentation and digital records
Key Tasks
  • Management of the quarantine area

  • On time completion of all mandatory training requirements
  • Daily management of all assigned control reports
  • Ensure all inventories and warehouse management systems are maintained accurately
  • Report all accidents, incidents or near misses to relevant personnel
  • Perform stock counts, adjustments and stock reconciliation as appropriate
  • Conduct, consolidate and reconcile any perpetual inventory issues as appropriate
  • Provide support for stock take
  • Ensure all hard copy and digital documentation is complete and accurate in line with agreed processes
  • Report accidents, incidents and near misses to the relevant staff
  • Co-operate on all matters concerned with Health, Safety, Training, Legislation, Environment and the company\'s Core Values
  • Process failed deliveries/ load changes back into stock
  • Ensure the timely and efficient resolution of all stock anomalies
We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to work without supervision when required. Knowledge of the SAP ERP System would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will have an ambition to develop and progress within the company.
