Job summary

C2 Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative - Stock Control in Blyth. The role focuses on accuracy, stock auditing and ensuring paperwork matches physical stock, with training provided for those from related warehouse backgrounds.

The position is permanent, full-time, daytime shifts (40 hours/week) with a £26,540.80 per annum salary plus overtime, and onsite parking and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Good attention to detail.
• Confidence with basic calculations.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Checking pallets, cages and trailer loads.
• Auditing inbound and outbound stock.
• Checking stock against paperwork and delivery requirements.
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies.
• Recording results accurately.
• Working to daily productivity and quality targets.
• Spotting recurring stock issues.
• Working closely with the wider warehouse team.
