  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.

Stock Control Administrator

Wigan (WN4) | £25,000 per annum

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00 but due to the nature of the business some flexibility is required

Are you a detail-driven Stock Control professional who thrives on accuracy, organisation, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? If you love spreadsheets as much as stock checks and enjoy being part of a fast-paced team, this could be the role for you.

We're looking for a Stock Control Administrator to join our Raw Materials Team, playing a vital role in supporting warehouse operations and ensuring stock accuracy across multiple production lines.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels across all raw materials
  • Supporting picking schedules for 12 production lines
  • Carrying out physical stock checks and cycle counts
  • Investigating stock discrepancies and reporting findings
  • Updating and managing stock data using the WMS
  • Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety policies
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in stock control or a similar role
  • Strong administration skills with excellent literacy and numeracy
  • Confident IT user, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy matters here
  • A reliable team player with great communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage priorities effectively
