Stock Condition Surveyor

Location: South Region; Surrey Heath, Camberley and Kent

Rate/Salary: £30.60ph UMB- PAYE is also available

Contract Type: Temp ongoing until at least March next year - could extend following this

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading housing association to join their team as an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor. You will have the flexibility to work from home and be in charge of managing your own diary and scheduling your own appointments day to day. You will then travel out to your appointments to support with completing a back log of stock condition surveys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out stock condition surveys across a diverse housing portfolio.
  • Record and update condition data accurately using handheld devices or surveying software.
  • Provide technical advice and recommendations on repair, investment and improvement works.
