Job summary

A construction consultancy firm is looking for Surveyors to conduct Stock Condition Surveys and RdSAP Assessments across West London. The role involves surveying over 2500 properties, with most being pre-booked by the client, and it provides all necessary materials for the task. Candidates need to be Qualified DEAs or have a strong knowledge of RDSAP, with a contract duration of 6 months starting from January 5, 2026. Pay is based on the number of surveys completed.

Qualifications

• Must be a Qualified DEA or have very strong RDSAP knowledge.
• Experience in Domestic Energy and carrying out RdSAP Assessments.
• 6-month contract with a focus on Stock Condition Surveys.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Stock Condition Surveys and RdSAP Assessments across West London.
• Work on over 2500 properties in the area.
• Receive all necessary tools and support from the company.

TSA Surveying is working in partnership with a Building Consultancy. We are seeking Surveyors to carry out Stock Condition Surveys and RdSAP Assessments across West London.

Role Details

• Outside IR35
• Paid per survey – Houses and Flats
• 2500+ properties to be surveyed
• Properties located in/around West London (postcode list available on request – TW, UB, W)
• ID badges, calling cards, property lists, and a letter of authority provided
• Majority of properties are pre-booked by the client
• Start Date – Jan 5, 2026
