Are you a Residential Surveyor / Stock Condition Surveyor looking for your next contract?

1st Select are working in partnership with a growing Property Consultancy that has recently secured several major housing asset management and compliance projects. As a result, we are looking to appoint experienced Residential Building Surveyors / Stock Condition Surveyors to support a range of ongoing programmes.

You will be carrying out stock condition surveys, EPCs and wider data collection, with all information captured using electronic data capture systems (tablet / handheld device). You’ll also work closely with fieldwork managers and data analysts to support survey delivery and maintain high data quality.

Role Responsibilities

• Carry out stock condition surveys, EPCs, and related data capture
• Complete reinspections, QA checks, Decent Homes and HHSRS assessments
• Liaise with survey managers and support wider survey programmes
• Work collaboratively with data analysts to ensure accurate reporting
• Handle confidential information and contribute to housing asset management advice
