Job summary

A leading surveying firm in London is seeking qualified Surveyors for a 6-month contract to conduct Stock Condition Surveys and RdSAP Assessments on over 500 properties in the Greater London area, specifically in Merton, Kingston, and Sutton. The candidates must have a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor accreditation (ELMHURST/ECMK) and previous experience in domestic energy assessments. This role is outside IR35 and offers pay per survey.

TSA Surveying is working in partnership with a Building Consultancy who are currently seeking Surveyors to carry out Stock Condition Surveys and RdSAP Assessments in London.

Key Details

• Outside IR35 role
• Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks
• Over 500 properties to be surveyed
• Properties located in/around the London (Merton, Kingston and Sutton)
• ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the odd door knocking properties but majority of appointments are booked.
• Must be a QUALIFIED DEA - ELMHURST/ECMK
• 6 MONTH CONTRACT
• The ideal candidate will have experience in Domestic Energy to carry out RdSAP Assessments
