Stock Condition Surveyor

Salary : 39250per annum (including car allowance)

Location: Yorkshire including Leeds Wakefield Bradford Skipton Keighley Halifax.

Fixed term until the end of March 35 hours per week Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm plus on call as required.

About the role

As a Stock Condition Surveyor youll be at the heart of our mission ensuring our properties meet high standards and helping us deliver timely high-quality repairs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own your week : Spend Mondays booking appointments then hit the road to complete 68 surveys a day.
• Be the expert : Assess property components reset lifespans and flag repairs that need attention.
• Stay connected : Upload survey data on the go and keep our systems (ActiveH) up to date.
• Make an impact : Help us deliver homes that meet our Empty Homes standard - safe comfortable and ready for new tenants.
• Work smart : Use your logistical awareness to plan routes and maximise your time.

Salary

The spot salary for the Stock Condition Surveyor post is 38000 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants who do not meet all the requirements of the post will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.

Plus an additional 1250 per annum essential user car allowance.

About you

You should have a HNC in Building (or an equivalent qualification) or experience in maintenance and construction an understanding of building design building fabrics and associated have a strong customer focus great communication skills an ability to interpret building legislation and use operational software for property management. As youll be travelling around our different sites youll also need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
