Job summary

Booker Group seeks a Stock Control Supervisor to protect shelf availability and drive profitability by addressing stock loss and pricing accuracy. You will work with peers to implement corrective actions and ensure compliance with procedures.

You will lead a team in stocking the product range with correct prices and champion product availability, while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the store operations.

Qualifications

• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
• Accurate and analytical, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Flexible, adaptable and enjoys working with, as well as managing a team.
• An excellent communicator with some experience in supervising or managing a team.
• Practical experience in the retail trade.
• Experience of Sales Based Ordering would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify causes that affect shelf availability and, with peers, implement measures to ensure customers can purchase products when needed.
• Maximize store profitability by understanding and acting on stock loss issues.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and maintain a structured approach to compliance.
• Oversee stocking of products with correct prices to Champion product availability.
• Lead the store team to brainstorm solutions that improve profitability.
