Job summary

Spectrum Brands (UK) Limited in Wombourne seeks a Stock Auditor to join the warehouse team. You will ensure accurate stock records across Appliances and Personal Care, clear missing stock locations, and respond to stock queries with precise documentation.

Your role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with SWP/SEP systems and Excel. You will work both independently and as part of a team to maintain stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a methodical, reliable candidate who is detail oriented and accurate.
• 1–2 years' warehouse experience, preferably with stock control, inventory or auditing.
• Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy when counting stock.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Experience using SWP and SEP systems.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to investigate problems and follow discrepancies through to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Clear stock from missing locations daily and provide evidence of checks.
• Investigate and respond to stock queries received via email.
• Count stock and create PI documents against storage bins across both warehouses.
• Carry out regular bin checks across both warehouses.
• Record stock information accurately using Excel.
• Identify discrepancies and make stock adjustments on the SWP system where required.
• Clear over-picks and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Support general administration duties when required.
• Work closely with the wider warehouse team to maintain high levels of stock accuracy.

Location: Wombourne

Contract: Full time, Mon – Fri, 7am-3pm.

We are looking for a Stock Auditor to join our warehouse team in Wombourne.

The Role

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced and detail-focused warehouse professional who takes pride in accuracy, organisation and getting things right. You will play an important role in maintaining accurate stock records across our warehouses, including Appliances and Personal Care.

• Clearing stock from missing locations on a daily basis and providing evidence of checks.

About You

We are looking for someone who is methodical, reliable and naturally detail-oriented.

You will be confident working independently, particularly when carrying out stock checks and investigating discrepancies. Accuracy is essential, as even small errors can have an impact on stock records and warehouse operations.

You will ideally have:

• 1–2 years' warehouse experience, preferably with exposure to stock control, inventory or auditing.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when counting stock.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Experience using SWP and SEP systems.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• The ability to investigate problems and follow discrepancies through to resolution.
• The confidence to work independently while also contributing positively to a wider team.
• A proactive approach and a willingness to support other warehouse and administration activities when required.
