Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Stock Associate to help keep our store running smoothly by ensuring merchandise flow, presentation, and stockroom efficiency. This role involves flexible shifts, weekend work, and peak-season scheduling to meet business needs.

You'll contribute to customer experiences on the floor, maintain visual standards, and support stockroom and loss-prevention processes. A positive attitude and reliability are key to success in this team-driven environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive Customer Experience through helpful service and product knowledge.
• Maintain Store Presentation and Sales Floor standards for merchandise visibility.
• Organize and manage Stockroom tasks including receiving, tagging, and stocking.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Protect assets and minimize shrink through awareness and procedures adherence.
• Follow store policies and procedures consistently and accurately.
• Support ongoing Training and Development initiatives for personal growth.

Job Description

The Stock Associate maintains effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom. Stock Associates typically work three to four shifts per week on average, each shift being about four to five hours, but may work more or less depending on the time of year and needs of the business. Stock Associates may be required to work most Saturdays and some Sundays, and during the weeks of peak holiday seasons.
