Who You Are:

Passionate for fashion and a fast-paced environment, our Stock Associates are MK Ambassadors, representing

the vision of Michael, Our Stock Associates are responsible for operational tasks and all aspects of Back of House and as team players collaborate with a positive approach to challenges, demonstrating speed, energy and optimism.

What You’ll Do:

People

  • Support the Team through the management and follow-up of all stock related tasks, including deliveries and Inventory Control.
  • Work as part of MK Team, providing support for colleagues within the store.
  • Take accountability for personal self-evaluation and performance as a MK Ambassador.
  • Ensure image and grooming standards are aligned with Brand policy.
  • Practice and role model the company behaviors, ensuring effective use of the behavior toolkit.

Service

  • Maintain floor and stock presence, leading by example.
  • Support the team and line manager to ensure all client problems and any complaints are resolved.
  • Build and maintain effective communication with line manager and members of the store, collaborating and influencing to drive performance in store.

Sales

  • Meet and exceed sales goals holding self and team accountable for the results.
  • Analyze reports and develop action plans with the line manager to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Track and communicate business results and opportunities with line manager support, driving sales and product needs.

Operations

  • Ensure deliveries and transfers are properly processed following Brand guidelines.
  • Ensure integrity of Inventory Control through bi-annual inventories and cycle counts
  • Ensuring loss prevention is a key priority, taking quick action on early indications of any loss, communicating with the Line Manager.
  • Collaborate with VM responsible in store to implement and maintain all visual merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective strategies.
  • Partner with store management team to ensure appropriate product assortment.
