Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is recruiting a Stock Administrator for our Revelyst client in Sherburn in Elmet. The role focuses on maintaining stock accuracy, conducting inventory checks and supporting stock management teams on a 08:00–17:00, Monday–Friday schedule.

You will investigate discrepancies, input data for reports, meet KPI deadlines and respond to queries from customers and third‑party providers while continuing to strive for precision in stock records.

  • Inputting data into spreadsheets for report writing
  • Ensuring weekly KPI reports are produced accurately and on time

Are you a Warehouse Operative or Warehouse Administrator that enjoys investigating? Do you have some experience of stock control and are looking for a new challenge? Do you have strong attention to detail and enjoy solving problems?

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a Stock Administrator to join our team in Sherburn in Elmet (LS25 6PT) for our Revelyst customer. As an Stock Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy across the warehouse, carrying out inventory checks, investigating discrepancies, and working closely with operational teams to ensure stock records remain accurate.

This is a full-time, permanent position working on a Monday to Friday shift pattern, covering 08:00 to 17:00.
