A prominent sports organization in City Of London is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Supervisor. You will oversee a team of customer safety stewards during matchdays, ensuring operations run smoothly while adhering to high safety standards. A valid NVQ Level 3 in spectator safety and supervisory experience are essential. The position offers £18.40 per hour, with weekend availability required.
We are currently seeking forward‑thinking individuals who ideally hold their NVQ Level 3 certificate in spectator safety to become part of our matchday team as Supervisors. The position is open to the right people who want to make a difference and are willing to commit to 80% of matchday fixtures.
You will be supervising a team of customer safety stewards and/or SIA’s, working closely with Area Managers to ensure the smooth running of the operation in your assigned area. Excellent supervisory skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team are essential for success in this position. You must be able to show leadership qualities and integrity. In addition to on‑day responsibilities, you will also be required to complete post‑matchday reports, providing feedback and insights on operations, incidents, and team performance.
