A leading pharmaceutical company in Swindon is seeking a Sterility Assurance Lead to ensure compliance with the highest standards of sterility assurance. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Microbiology and at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You will own the sterility assurance strategy, manage quality events, and mentor junior staff. This is a full-time role with standard working hours and requires participation in on-call services.

This is a critical, hands-on role for an expert with at least 5 years of proven microbiology experience in the pharmaceutical industry, possessing deep practical knowledge of GMPs, EU GMP Annex 1, and the latest regulatory compliance.
