In this pivotal role, you’ll support and lead a team of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, helping them deliver a high-quality, evidence-based service to those experiencing common mental health problems. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the future of our service through supervision, training, service analysis, and continuous improvement.
