  • Implement therapeutic and innovative approaches aligned with neurodivergent learning preferences
  • Collaborate closely with therapists, parents, carers, and case workers as part of a holistic support network
  • Monitor and report on academic and emotional progress through clear written and verbal communication
  • Offer a reliable, empathetic presence that supports both educational and emotional development
What we are looking for
  • A minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience at KS3/4 level
  • Solid understanding of neurodivergent learners, with experience in low‑demand or trauma‑informed approaches
  • Background in alternative education settings, such as EOTAS, PRUs, or specialist provision
  • Skilled at aligning lessons with EHCP outcomes and adapting methods to meet individual needs
Essential criteria
  • You must hold a degree (BA/BSc) within one of the following subjects: STEM, Humanities, or Social Sciences
  • You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • You must have a student‑led approach to education, with the ability to adapt to the student’s needs
  • You must hold an Enhanced DBS certificate which is registered on the DBS Update Service
