Pendrich Height Services recruitment drive for Steeplejack Technicians at all levels to perform maintenance, inspections, and construction on tall structures across the UK.

Senior roles will lead teams, ensure safety, manage budgets and timelines, with overtime work available and a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years steeplejack or high-level maintenance experience.
• Relevant height-work certifications (Working at Heights, ATLAS, Rope Access).
• Physically fit and confident working at height.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• (Site Manager): Leadership skills, ability to read plans, produce RAMS.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair chimneys, steeples, and other tall structures.
• Carry out masonry, metalwork, roofing, cleaning, and general maintenance.
• Use ladders, scaffolding, rope access, and safety equipment correctly.
• Complete site assessments, safety checks, documentation, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Travel and work away when required.
• (Site Manager): Lead teams, write RAMS, manage budgets and timelines.

Salary: £17.85 – 25.00 per hour dependent on experience

Overtime: Available most weeks

Hours Full Time: 39 Hours per week

Holiday: 21 Days + Bank Holiday
