Opportunity

An Excellent opportunity has arisen for a Steel Production Operators based in Witham to start ASAP. Temporary to permanent roles. Hours - Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 15:30, Friday 07:00 - 14:00.

Responsibilities

• Operate all relevant bending machinery, tools, and equipment and undertake production tasks safely and accordance with instructions
• Physical/ manual work to include the movement and lifting of steel bars
• Complete production activities in order of priority
• Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications
• Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard or re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analysed
• Using measuring tapes
• Operate Overhead crane (Training provided)
