Job summary

ICDS is seeking an experienced Steel Fixer to join a busy site in Kendal, United Kingdom. Immediate start. You will read drawings, cut and fix steel, and work as part of a team to meet project timelines.

The role offers long-term, full-time work with competitive pay of £31–£32 per hour. Weekday hours and overtime paid at 1.25x on weekdays and double on Sundays, with a strong emphasis on site health and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid Blue CSCS Card for Steel Fixing.
• Proven previous experience in steel fixing.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow site instructions.
• Strong understanding of site health and safety procedures.
