Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a CAD Technician in Newtown with experience in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or similar and AutoCAD proficiency. This role offers responsibility and autonomy from the outset and a pathway toward senior design positions.

You will join a small design team, producing AutoCAD drawings for steel product manufacturing and collaborating with workshop staff across design and detailing tasks.

Qualifications

• Interest in a design role within the manufacturing industry.
• Background AutoCAD.
• Commutable to Newtown.

Responsibilities

• Creating drawings using AutoCAD for the manufacturing process.
• Amending technical drawings based on client requirements.
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
