Mitie is seeking a reliable Static Security Officer for a site in Immingham. The role operates on a 5:00–17:00 pattern (4 on / 4 off) with a focus on maintaining safety, security, and site compliance.

Key duties include vehicle checks, entry control with valid IDs, vehicle/person searches, and incident reporting. The candidate must have excellent attention to detail, strong communication, adaptability, and a valid SIA Licence. Training and benefits are provided by Mitie.

We are currently looking for a highly capable and dependable Static Security Officer to take on a key role in ensuring the safety and security of a site in Immingham. This is an essential position that requires a proactive individual with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct & record checks of vehicles (drivers/passengers) entering the site, ensuring compliance with required KPI points.
• Stop, check & challenge drivers/occupants with valid ID and refusing entry where necessary.
• Conduct searches of vehicles & persons within search bays.
• Respond to and concisely report any incidents that may arise.
• Submit reports/stats accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• The successful candidate must demonstrate a willingness to adjust to evolving operational requirements within the role.
• Must be adaptable to the demands of this dynamic role.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.Must hold a valid SIA Licence.
