Hours: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours, Monday - Friday)
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Static Fabric Engineer to join our dedicated Facilities Management team. Based full-time at our commercial site in Greater Manchester, this permanent position is key to delivering high-quality maintenance and reactive services across our building.
As our Fabric Engineer, you will be the primary contact for all building fabric maintenance. You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responding swiftly to reactive repair tasks, ensuring our facility remains safe, compliant, and fully operational.
