VIGO is hiring on behalf of an established smart buildings firm seeking to strengthen their London team with a talented Static BMS Engineer. If you're an established BMS engineer seeking stability, innovation, and growth, this might just be your calling.

Role Overview

As the dedicated Static BMS Engineer, your chief mission will be to manage, maintain, and optimise the building management system while ensuring a seamless communication flow within the team. Your day‑to‑day will involve troubleshooting, implementing upgrades, identifying energy efficiency opportunities, and most importantly, ensuring a premium client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide premium in‑house technical support for the BMS
• Identify and implement upgrades, system enhancements, and energy‑saving opportunities
• Ensure system performance optimisation and reliability
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and wider stakeholder community
• Contribute actively to team efforts and continuous improvement processes

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven BMS engineering experience (3+ years), ideally with Trend, Tridium, or EcoStruxure
• Excellent technical abilities, including troubleshooting and systems integration
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional attitude with a proactive and self‑motivated approach
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
• Resides within easy commuting distance of East London
• Full UK driver’s license
