Static AC Engineer – FM Service Provider – Wapping, East London – Static - £50,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based in a high-end residential building in Wapping has arisen.

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a high-end residential contract based in Wapping. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position is ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar role who is keen on progression. The company is offering a competitive salary of £50,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Air conditioning and refrigeration – Service/maintenance
• Service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs and VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant
• Electrical knowledge would be beneficial
• Extensive building services knowledge

Hours of Work & Package Information

• Basic salary of up to £50,000
• Monday to Friday 8:00am‑5:00pm
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays (after 3 years, increasing to 22 days)
• Tablet & work phone provided
• Full company uniform
