Position

Responsibilities
  • Manage the coffee shop on site, ensuring all products are available and customers are served efficiently and comply with company standards.
  • Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and control operational costs including shrinkage and waste.
  • Support the general manager in running an efficient shop and provide a great service to customers.
  • Take full responsibility for running the shop, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are worked quickly, and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy area.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work.
  • Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
  • Previous experience in a coffee shop or hospitality operation is desirable and willingness to learn and drive the operation.

  • This is a full-time position, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts range between 8.15am and 2.45pm with an earlier finish on a Friday, leaving your evenings free.

A Day in the Life
  • The successful applicant will be expected to manage the day‑to‑day operation of a small coffee shop within Weeton Barracks, operating from 8.30am to 2.30pm.
  • Be an important part of the team and support the general manager in running an efficient shop and providing great service to customers.
  • Take full responsibility for running the shop, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are worked quickly, and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy area.
