Job summary

Starbucks Shift Supervisor opportunity at Euro Garages in St Helens. You’ll lead the team, oversee shifts in the Store Manager’s absence, and ensure products are fresh and customer service is outstanding.

The role involves supervising daily operations, training colleagues, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment. You’ll prepare beverages and food to brand standards, support stock and safety procedures, and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers while upholding high

A typical day as a Shift Supervisor:

• Lead and inspire the teamby supervising daily operations, delegating tasks, and motivating colleagues to deliver great results while supporting their training and development.

• Keep the store looking its bestby creating an inviting, vibrant, and well-presented environment where customers and colleagues enjoy spending time.
• Lead by example every dayby setting high standards, supporting the team during busy periods, and stepping in to keep operations running smoothly when needed.
• Craft great products with confidenceby preparing coffee, food, and beverages to brand standards, delivering quality and consistency with every order.
