Overview

Mill House is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. This is your opportunity to run a ready-made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems. You can rest assured knowing that we do the detail, so you can Think Bigger. Location & Area

The Mill House is located in the town of St Helens, between Liverpool & Manchester. The pub is surrounded by mixed and traditional terraces housing. It is 2 miles from the Totally Wicked Stadium, home of St Helens Rugby Football Club.

The Offer / Attitude

The pub benefits from being one of 4 pubs found in an area of around 5,131 adults. The customer base is made up of a mixture of age groups on low to medium incomes.
