The Horse & Jockey is located in the village of Waddington, close to RAF Waddington. The pub is surrounded by rural residential areas and a large RAF base where around 3,500 people work daily.
The area has strong local demographics, with a high index of midlife and mature adults in the medium affluence band, and limited local competition. The pub is well placed to become a hub for both the local community and transient trade from the RAF base and surrounding areas.
The refurbishment will allow for food to make up 50% of the pub’s total sales.
We’re always open to new ideas - what would you do to drive trade?
Attitude is more valuable than experience. If you’ve got the following, we’d love to hear from you.
