Demographics:

The pub benefits from being one of five pubs found in an area of around 6,168 adults. The customer base is made up of a mixture of young, medium and mature adults on low to medium income.

The offer:

The food currently makes up 18% of the pub’s total sales.

You can drive trade through well thought through live sports, pub games machines and maximising the large outside trading space with children’s play area.
