Pub Overview

Major refurbishment to a popular town pub. The Beech Tree is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. This is your opportunity to run a ready-made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems. The area:

The Beech Tree is located on the outskirts of High Wycombe, close to the villages of Flackwell Heath and Tyler Green. It is surrounded by a large number of houses, creating a strong local customer base.

Demographics:

The pub benefits from being one of only a few pubs found in an area of around 1,530 adults within a 10-minute walk. The customer base is made up of affluent residents, with no other licensed premises within a 10-minute radius.

The offer:

The food currently makes up 25% of the pub’s total sales. You can drive trade through food, drinks, live sport and community events.
