Qualifications

• Degree in IT or equivalent experience required.
• Certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site IT infrastructure including servers, networks, end-user devices.
• Provide 1st and 3rd line support to users.
• Administer Microsoft technologies.
• Support ERP systems and finance software.
• Develop Power BI dashboards.
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices.
• Liaise with external vendors.
• Maintain IT documentation.

Skills

Proven experience in a standalone IT Manager or Senior IT Support role

Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments

Experience with ERP systems and NetSuite finance software

Familiarity with Power BI and data reporting tools

Solid understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management

Excellent problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills

Education

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
