A growing software company is seeking a qualified HR & Training Manager to oversee HR and training functions, with a focus on implementing performance plans and managing employee relations. Qualifications

  • Experience in assessing, designing and implementing learning & development strategies.
  • Demonstrated track record in employee relations casework and risk management.
  • Strong grounding in UK HR employment law.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR functions and training development.
  • Implement performance plans where needed.
  • Report directly to the CEO.
