A recruitment agency is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Executive in Dover, Kent. You will support the corporate stakeholder management strategy, manage key consultative bodies, and strengthen internal engagement. Overview

Our Client is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Executive to support the delivery of its corporate stakeholder management strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage key consultative bodies
  • Strengthen internal engagement
  • Assist with high‑level external stakeholder activity and intelligence gathering
  • Highlight the organisation's people and culture through clear, inclusive communications that express their vision and values across digital and internal channels

Skills & Qualifications

  • Relevant degree or equivalent, including Stakeholder Management and Internal Communication qualifications or relevant experience
  • Experience in internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Experience gathering and analysing stakeholder intelligence
  • Internal communications experience (e.g. Viva Engage, intranet, digital signage)
  • Marketing and media relations experience
  • Event management experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (intermediate level)
  • Ability to occasionally handle media enquiries as part of an on‑call rota
