Job summary

Marmon Lift Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Stairlift Engineer in Leeds and the surrounding areas. The engineer will install, service and repair stairlifts in customers’ homes, diagnosing faults and ensuring safety and quality.

The position offers a basic salary of £32,000–£36,000 p.a., paid overtime and door-to-door travel. Optional weekend work is available to increase earnings; a profit share of around £5,000 per year is also offered, along with full training with career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' stairlift experience (essential).
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills (essential).
• UK driving licence (essential).
• Experience installing, servicing and repairing stairlifts.
• Knowledge of major stairlift manufacturers (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Install straight and curved stairlifts in customer homes
• Service, maintain and repair stairlifts
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety procedures
• Manage parts, tools and equipment for scheduled work
