Marmon Lift Recruitment is now recruiting for a Stairlift Delivery Driver to join a well-established independent stairlift engineering company with a national presence based in Bradford, Yorkshire. You’ll be responsible for the safe loading, transport, delivery, and occasional removal of stairlifts nationwide, with the need to report to the Bradford warehouse regularly.

This role is particularly suited to someone with a stairlift engineering background who prefers a driving-based role, or an individual with strong electrical and mechanical experience who is confident handling stairlift equipment.

Commutable from : Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, York, Harrogate, Barnsley

Ideal Stairlift Delivery Driver :

• Full, clean UK driving licence – Essential
• Physically fit and comfortable handling large, awkward stairlift engineering components
• Previous experience as a Stairlift Engineer or strong electrical and mechanical knowledge – Highly desirable
• Experience in a technical or logistics delivery role (e.g., stairlift engineering parts, construction materials, mobility equipment) – Essential
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional – this is not a standard taxi or courier driving role
• Willing to stay away occasionally for nationwide deliveries

Responsibilities of a Stairlift Delivery Driver :

• Safely load, transport, and deliver stairlifts and stairlift components to customer sites and engineers across the UK
• Remove old stairlifts from customer homes where required
• Work closely with stairlift installation and service teams to coordinate deliveries, removals, and collections
• Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records of goods in transit
• Carry out pre-delivery checks and ensure all items are securely and correctly loaded
• Represent the company professionally on-site and maintain a high standard of customer service
• Comply with all road safety and health & safety regulations
