ATG Entertainment is seeking a Stage Door Keeper at our Manchester venues. The role is the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring security and safety procedures are followed throughout the day.
You will monitor access, log sign-ins, manage post and deliveries, and respond to enquiries with professionalism while upholding our safety standards and theatre ethos.
Reporting to the Head of Stage Door, the Stage Door Keeper plays an important role in the overall operation of the Palace & Opera House theatres.
The first point of contact for those entering the building, the Stage Door Keeper will be an ambassador for the venues, offering a warm welcome and efficiently helping everyone they encounter. Responsible for security and monitoring the fire alarm, intruder alarm and CCTV systems, the Stage Door Keeper will be proactive, following procedures and acting on any problems that arise. Communication is a key part of this role.
