Job summary

• Deliver short-term counselling interventions to NHS staff.
• Contribute to development and delivery of group sessions for staff wellbeing.
• Undertake initial assessments and safety planning for clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver short-term counselling to NHS staff for a range of presenting issues.
• Provide induction and in-service training to pre-registration counsellors and trainees.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to service development and audit.
• Provide safeguarding and information sharing in line with policy.
