Overview

At Monzo, our mission is to make money work for everyone, everywhere. We’re looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive the launch of new products across multiple new countries over 2025 and beyond. This is a high-impact role that demands both technical expertise and exceptional leadership to drive our ambitious goals.

Reporting to our VP of Engineering, you will collaborate with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure Monzo’s continued success.

Responsibilities

The interview process
  • Recruiter Call (30 mins) Meet our Engineering Leadership Recruiter to discuss your experience and learn more about Monzo.
  • Initial Call (45 mins) Meet with an engineering leader to discuss your program execution and technical leadership; they will share more about Monzo and answer questions.
  • Loop Stage (3 hours) Three 60-minute interviews over 1-2 days, depending on availability.
