Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a staff engineer to lead validation for Neoverse‑based platforms. You will drive end‑to‑end verification, quality assurance, and release confidence across pre‑silicon and post‑silicon environments.

You will collaborate with architecture, firmware, software, hardware, and program teams to set validation requirements, metrics, and readiness criteria, and you will mentor engineers to raise the bar on engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high‑quality products from concept through production release.
• Proven ability to define validation strategies and release qualification plans.
• Strong validation architectures, test strategies, and coverage models.
• Background in firmware, platform software, or low‑level system software validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end validation and product quality assurance strategy for embedded software and firmware across the product lifecycle.
• Develop robust test strategies, plans, and automation for pre‑ and post‑silicon validation environments.
• Provide technical expertise in HSIO, LSIO, BIOS/UEFI, RAS, Telemetry, and BMC technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define validation requirements and release criteria early.
• Support silicon bring‑up activities, board validation, and system‑level debugging during validation phases.
• Define and monitor quality indicators and coverage goals to drive improvements.
• Mentor validation engineers and promote standard testing processes and engineering excellence.
