• At least 10 years of industry experience as a software engineer.

• Experience building successful SaaS products for startup and enterprise users.

• Mentored and upleveled teams of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects.
• Design, develop, and own new product functionality.
• Make effective tradeoffs balancing business priorities and user experience.
• Assist in interviewing and onboarding new engineering teammates.
• Act as a cultural beacon and mentor junior team members.
