Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, 6+ years building products.
• Experience delivering a highly complex product.
• Proven ability to build complex, dynamic user interfaces in a fullstack manner.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end squad delivery within Product Engineering (Software).
• Mentor and lead senior engineers; set quality bar.
• Define and evolve technical architecture; steer product direction.
• Collaborate with PEDDAI, Customer Success, and Sales to align on roadmap.
• Architect and evolve scalable operating systems enabling autonomous squads.
• Embed AI-native and automation-first ways of working to improve productivity.
