Job summary

BP Energy is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own the design and development of high-performance software systems, shaping architectural direction for scalability, security, and resilience.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers, strengthen Agile practices, and build automated CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable releases while mentoring teammates and driving enterprise standards.
