A high-growth AI-first law firm is looking to transform the UK conveyancing market, starting with the legal process behind every property transaction. Currently, conveyancing is slow, opaque and unreliable, with one in three transactions falling through and complaints significantly higher than in other legal sectors. The Role

The firm is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to join as an early member of a small, high-calibre engineering team.

This is a product-first role: from day one, the engineer will help shape product direction, speak directly with users, define ambiguous requirements and ship features to production quickly. The team values engineers who take ownership of outcomes and think beyond tickets.
