Responsibilities:
- Full life cycle recruiting for field positions across all divisions.
- Manage staffing requisition process.
- Create, post, and maintain job descriptions across all systems.
- Review applicants, conduct initial screenings, and keep notes for hiring managers.
- Source candidates actively and creatively when needed.
- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Generate and facilitate offers to new hires.
- Collect new hire forms and set up accounts and files.
- Assist with new hire onboarding process.
- Maintain and create templates and forms.
- Maintain candidate pool, including communication, organization, rejection, and follow-ups.
- Update and communicate staffing requisitions weekly.
- Keep accurate records across systems.
- Maintain field staff skill matrix, recording skill levels across functions.
- Collaborate with leadership on special hiring projects or initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, managers, and candidates.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:
- Experience in an office environment, including administrative tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior recruiting and HR experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
- Experience with electronic signature platforms preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and focus for long periods.
- Vision correctable to 20/20.
- Finger dexterity for keyboarding and computer use.
